Their Story
As a family owned business, cBOP started with a mission to help bring the joy that they feel with their own child to other families in the area. They strive to embody the love and joy that they have felt through the tiny moments and big milestones as a family, and bring this to the products in the store. The store name originated from a dance that they did with their young son that they called, “the cBOP”. From the name, to their mission and products, this shop embodies the love and the joy that childhood brings. I started my business out of a love for the little moments, so their story hit close to home.
The Options
There are so many adorable options online and in store. You can find adorable knit sweaters and hats that can be personalized with initials or names. Or, if you want something for a milestone, they have that, too! On the website, you can find adorable first birthday outfits and dresses with the cutest prints. Along with the wide variety of clothing options, there are adorable blankets, hats, toys, and accessories available. Everything in the shop makes for an amazing gift, and you can even order a custom gift basket! To choose your gift basket, you simply share your preferences, and they will create a beautiful basket for you to give! Gift giving can’t really get much easier than that.
The Pricing
The prices within the shop vary pretty widely, depending on what you are looking for. As a boutique shop, some of the personalized items can cost more than $100, but with the quality you receive, it is well worth the price. Some of the non-personalized (but still super adorable) toys and outfits are priced from around $20 and up. With the adorably stylish options and pricing, it is no shock that cBOP was voted “Best of Philly 2018”. Whether you are looking for something high-end, or an item a bit more budget-friendly, there is something for you.
The Accessibility
Located in the Main Line, this shop is easy to access. You can find the storefront at its new location on Lancaster Avenue, in Haverford. Not only can you shop in store, you can also shop some items directly on their website. A wider selection is available in store, but a variety of personalized items can be found online. Along with the adorably curated items in the shop, they give access to a list of their favorite brands to compliment their items. I love nothing more than a personalized gift, so being able to order it right online, and then shop complimentary brands as well, is amazing in my book!
